Bring the Vehicle to a Suburban Collision Center

If your vehicle is drivable, you can bring it to our dealership yourself or call us to come pick it up. If your vehicle is not road-ready, we will bring a tow truck to pick it up and bring it back to the repair center. We offer 24-hour towing, so we can pick up your vehicle any time, day or night.

Estimate and Damage Diagnosis

Once your vehicle arrives at a Suburban Collision Center, our technicians will inspect it thoroughly to determine how much damage needs to be repaired. We will then provide you with a free estimate of expected costs. We are always transparent about our prices, and we prioritize repairs based on what your vehicle needs to get back on the road. Once we finalize the price of your vehicle's repairs, we will contact your insurance company for you.

Insurance Company Contact

After a collision, we at Suburban Collision Centers know that you are dealing with enough stress. Once we finalize the invoice for your repairs, we will contact your insurance company on your behalf. You can relax as we take care of the paperwork and then repair your vehicle.
