When you choose to repair your vehicle with us, you will benefit from our complimentary limited lifetime warranty. We include this warranty for all collision repairs so that you can benefit from added assurance. We are proud to stand behind the quality of our work and parts, and we back it up with this impressive warranty.

Our limited lifetime warranty is a labor-only, fragmented four-part limited warranty. The stipulations for each fragmented part include:

1. Metalwork: Suburban Collision Centers provide a lifetime limited warranty on all metalwork and framework from the effective date. This coverage includes welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitying, or deterioration. However, this does not cover rust. The shop will repair and repaint any metalwork warranty needed when the claim is made within the warranty period, excluding damages resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
2. Painting, Stripes, and Decals: Starting at the effective date, the lifetime limited warranty covers painting-related priming and painting work. This includes solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive pigmentation loss. You will also have coverage for the application of decorative stripes and decals. Defects caused by extreme environmental conditions are not covered. Our shop will re-prime, repaint, re-strip, or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle during the warranty period, unless caused by or damage from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
3. Mechanical Repairs: The Suburban Collision Centers provide a one-year limited warranty on all mechanical repairs that pertain directly to the original collision damage. You can count on our shop to re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted. Just as the other fragments, coverage begins from the effective date, claims must be in the warranty period, and coverage doesn't extend to damage or issues caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
4. Parts: We offer a one-year limited warranty on new parts installed by or at our collision centers. Note that this coverage does not exceed the manufacturer warranty. Our shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted. Like the other fragments, coverage begins the effective date, claims must be in the warranty period, and coverage doesn't extend to damage or issues caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Exclusions and Limitations

The lifetime limited warranty will be null and void if a repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by the warranty grantor. You should also note that this warranty is nontransferable.

Specific exclusions include:

• A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components, which are not specifically covered by this warranty. This also excludes consequential damages, such as damages to other assemblies and components, resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.
• B. Rust-through and damages caused by rusting of interior or exterior or non-replaced panels are not covered.

Customer Obligations

In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:

• A. Present the owner's copy of the warranty document to the warrantor before requesting warrantable repairs or parts.
• B. Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.
